Terms & Conditions

Self Made College is operated by ElderMe LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Texas ("we", "us", "our"). ElderMe LLC carries professional liability insurance. Contact us at hello@mail.selfmade.college.

By using selfmade.college, creating an account, or buying anything from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

We sell online personal-development courses delivered as audio lessons, written material and downloadable guides. Courses are digital products. Nothing on this site is a physical product unless it is explicitly listed as merchandise.

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us.

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

Course access is for you alone. Do not share your login, and do not copy, redistribute, resell or republish our lessons, audio, guides or written material. We may suspend or close an account that does.

Payments are processed by Square. We do not see or store your full card number. Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Access is granted once payment completes.

If a course is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it. You do not need a reason. We may decline repeat refund requests from the same person where the pattern suggests the material is being taken and returned.

If you enter your phone number into a form on this site that offers a call, you are asking us to call that number, and you confirm the number is yours. Some of our calls are placed and conducted by an automated system rather than a live person. Calls may be recorded for quality. You can tell us to stop calling at any time by replying to any of our emails or asking during a call, and we will stop.

Standard carrier message and data rates may apply.

Our courses teach how to read people and situations. They are education, not professional advice. We are not your lawyer, doctor, therapist or financial adviser, and nothing here is a substitute for one.

We do not promise any particular income, career outcome, or result. What you get out of the material depends on you.

Do not use this site to break the law, harass anyone, scrape or bulk-download our content, probe or attack our systems, or misrepresent who you are.

All course material, audio, written lessons, guides, artwork, branding and site content belong to ElderMe LLC or are used with permission. Buying a course gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use it. It does not transfer ownership of anything.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with this site or our products is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
